Service Manager
As the Service Manager at Symphony Life Care, I am privileged to lead a highly skilled and dedicated team committed to empowering our participants and breaking down barriers to help them live their best lives. As a proud Biripi woman, my strong cultural connections guide myapproach to management and disability support, ensuring a holistic and culturally sensitive care environment.
With extensive experience in management and rehabilitation nursing, I bring a unique perspective to my role, having a lived experience of disability myself. This personal connection fuels my advocacy for our participants, driving me to be a vocal supporter and champion for their rights.
Before joining Symphony Life Care, I served as a Clinical Support Officer during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this role, I supported the Nurse Unit Manager and clinical staff, ensuring that the Respiratory Ward was well-positioned to provide optimal care to the community. This experience strengthened my commitment to fostering a resilient and responsive team.
I truly value my team, understanding the pivotal role they play in delivering exceptional support services. I motivate and inspire them to uphold our commitment to excellence, ensuring our participants receive the highest standard of care.
